The only available units with this capability at this stage are the Nuvi 7xx series units. What you can do is to create the route in MapSource on your PC and then only upload the waypoints, that make up that route, to your unit. I purchased my Nuvi 200 in the USA where I used it extensively. Now back in the RSA I have a better knwoledge of my own country and plan my own routes on the PC using mapsource. How do I get the Nuvi to see the routes I downloaded to my memory card? The program downloads it, that I can see and I can see the files on the memory card. The device, however, does not see it.
